These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Storyshort mobile application (the "App"), as well as the services and content made available through it (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, you will be informed through the App or by email where required by law. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service (features, content, access), in particular for technical, legal, security, or improvement reasons.
Certain features require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized access or suspected fraud, you must contact us immediately at admin@studioquinze.tv.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Service offers paid subscriptions with automatic renewal, purchased via the App Store (Apple) and/or Google Play.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription will automatically renew and be charged at the applicable rate.
Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Prices, subscription durations (weekly, monthly, annual), and any free trials are displayed before purchase. App marketplaces manage price changes in accordance with their own rules.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Service and content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service and its content are licensed, not sold.
All content available on Storyshort (videos, series, text, graphics, logos, software, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by StudioQuinze or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
The Service may contain romantic or emotional themes that may not be suitable for all audiences.
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you must not use Storyshort.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", within the limits permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, StudioQuinze shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by French law.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence and benefit from applicable consumer protection rules.
